Gravlax with Dijon Sauce on Rye Crispbread

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 (100g) packet Ocean Blue Gravlax
8 slices of rye crispbread
cucumber slices
rocket & dill sprigs
to serve (optional)

Dijon Sauce
1 cup crème fraîche
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper (to taste)

Place all Dijon sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Serve crispbread slices topped with Ocean Blue Gravlax, Dijon sauce, cucumber slices, rocket and dill sprig, if desired.
