Smoked Salmon Bagels

Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes

Ocean Blue Sliced Smoked Salmon

spreadable cream cheese
baby rocket
thinly sliced red onion
fresh ground black pepper

Slice bagel in half and place bagel base on flat surface. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese and top with baby rocket and red onion. Fold on desired amount of smoked salmon and sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. Add bagel lid and enjoy!


Smoked Salmon Spaghetti, with Persian Feta and Rocket

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4):
180g Ocean Blue Sliced Smoked Salmon
350g dried spaghetti pasta
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup persian feta
100g baby rocket

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water (following packet directions) until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid and return pasta to saucepan.

Add Ocean Blue Sliced Smoked Salmon, olive oil, lemon juice, feta and baby rocket to pasta.

Warm through, tossing, over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until rocket just starts to wilt. Season with pepper to your liking and serve.


Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Baby Rocket

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2):
4 slices Ocean Blue Sliced Smoked Salmon
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon finely-chopped chives
olive oil cooking spray
2 slices bread (to your liking)
1 cup baby rocket

Whilst together eggs, milk, chives and a pink of salt in a bowl until small bubbles appear.

Heat a non-stick frying pan on high heat then reduce to low. Spray pan with oil and pour mixture into hot pan. As egg begins to set, stir gently with a suitable spoon while tilting pan to allow egg mixture to cook thoroughly. Cook until eggs are light and fluffy then remove pan from heat immediately.

Toast or grill bread in the meantime. Top toast with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and baby rocket. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
